I will work with women who have SIBO because if your gut is not happy, it is communicating to you that something in the way you are currently living, is not working. So, I can come in and share my expertise, knowledge, and guide you to changing habits and implementing tools in a way that supports you and your life to avoid a recurrence of your SIBO. That being said, I am not a doctor and I don’t have the ability to recommend targeted supplement protocols or antibiotics which in my experience, one or the other are needed in the treatment of SIBO. Long story short—you need the medication and then I come in to support you in targeting what caused the SIBO in the first place, and how we can prevent it from coming back (which yes, is common).
Yes, I do have payment plans. I will be as flexible as I can with my payments while also holding boundaries in place. I want this information and support to be as accessible as I can make it for you!
I do not (yet) have the capability to recommend supplements. That being said, I have knowledge around supplements and I take note of what my clients might need and then based on my knowledge, I provide my clients with information about different supplements to ask their health care provider about and gather more information for them to make the most educated decision for their health and healing journey.
YES. The four months within my initial program are meant to encourage commitment to your IBS healing journey. They are set-up in a very intentional progression of modules and information that will support you in creating a solid foundation to build on top of for the rest of your journey. Once the foundation is set, I am here to support you in furthering your healing for as long as you want/need me.
Although my practice mostly consists of female clients I do support men as well as long as they seem like a good fit for the program. If not, I will be honest and refer them elsewhere.
