Gut health isn’t just about changing your diet, exercising, and taking a greens powder. It is about creating a foundation of habits and knowledge that paves the road for each truly healing from the source of the pain and upset rather than covering up the symptoms.
It’s about healing systemically, each thing you implement supporting all systems of the body. And doing it all in a way that is sustainable and works for you, your schedule, your life. It’s about using what you know works and building on that to create a LIFE that supports your gut and gut that supports your. Life is too special to wake up feeling fear of food and distrust with your own body. It is too precious to miss out on.
The reason I do what I do is not selling the green juice that will give you a “flat stomach.” Eye roll. It’s for you to be able to live your life comfortably and confidently in your body—to feel balanced and supported by your body. For you to get to a place where your body isn't holding you back or limiting you but fueling your life to become more full, energized, and well. It’s not about restricting or band-aid solutions, it’s about building the foundation, habits, and lifestyle that will support a healing that lasts a lifetime. This is where my motto comes from--Gut health IS health.
All of a sudden I was experiencing excruciating abdominal pain, bloating, fatigue, brain fog, nausea and vomiting, irregular bowel movements, significant & unhealthy weight loss, anxiety, depression, and more. I went to the doctors where I got no real answers. After phone call visits and an endoscopy/colonoscopy they told me I had IBS without really explaining what it was, how I got it, or what that would mean for me, prescribed me medication, and recommended the Low FODMAP diet with no plan for getting off of it. I knew intuitively that this wasn’t the way that I wanted to heal. Instead, my mom did some research and we found functional medicine. We scraped together the money and I fully committed to my healing. As a result of that commitment, I saw what was possible (Surprise--it was a lot more than I ever would have expected). I worked with a functional medicine doctor, nutritionists, and various coaches throughout my healing. I can now look back on my journey and confidently tell you that my healing was and is the biggest blessing in disguise of my life. I am the most happy, healthy, intuitive, aligned version of myself and I continue that path every single day. And now--I want this for you too. I truly believe that I have gone through my journey to be able to be here—with you reading this. To be able to support and guide you with your own healing journey. I am so grateful that the world has brought you here. Life is too special to wake up in discomfort, feeling fear of food and distrust with your own body. It is simply too precious to pass you by without experiencing all of the healing that you are capable of. Long story short---I was you, I am you, and I got you.

I pride myself in creating a safe environment for my clients. I have received feedback from many of my clients that our coaching calls feel like a safe space without judgement. I want to be able to hold safe space for you and create it with you.
When my clients leave our time together, they feel empowered in their ability to take care of themselves in a way that supports healing, empowered by their gained knowledge, empowered by their growing intuition and communication with their body, and that empowerment seeps into many other areas of their lives causing a ripple effect.
I believe that education alone can't make changes for you but that proper education about your health can bring along awareness, change, and empower you to make the best choices for YOU. I believe that education can put you back into the driver's seat of your health journey, right where you should be.
The healing journey is one that takes time and commitment to a long-term goal - not a quick fix. My goal is to educate you about what is happening in your gut (and why) and together to build a solid foundation of all of the necessary building blocks to heal from your IBS and undiagnosed digestive symptoms through combining my knowledge and tools and your reality.
